Fantastic fragrance, packaging and service!

I want to scream from the mountain tops about the exceptional experience I recently had with your Coco & Crumble.
From the moment I placed my order, every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to excellence. Not only are the products beautifully crafted—with rich, sophisticated scents and elegant packaging—but your customer service went far above and beyond anything I expected: attentive, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every aspect of my order was perfect. It’s rare to come across a brand that combines such high-end quality with such a personal touch.

What stood out most was your willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was accommodating my last minute requests/changes, or driving all the way to ppersonally deliver the goods which made the experience feel truly special, you made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another order number.

I will not hesitate to recommend coco & crumble luxury candles and home fragrances to others. You have turned a simple purchase into a memorable experience and have earned a lifelong customer in the process. THANK YOU!!

This is a lovely scent that lasts! There’s no partition between my kitchen and living room so the smell of food lingering has previously been a problem but this manages that well!

The smell is amazing and the team were so accommodating with my request for something else. Great products and great customer service!

strong, unique,yet not overpowering.

This is my 4th or 5th diffuser from coco & crumble. This is my favourite so far. My living room is always fresh with such a delightful fragrance. Love it !

Been through a few diffusers, pitching tent here. Every word kept in terms of quality, reach and longevity. Money back guarantee.

I have purchased a few of the reed diffusers for gifts - they smell amazing, wrapped perfectly, produced to a very high standard and have a real luxurious feel.

I chose well. Beautiful fragrance that fills the room.
