When will I receive my order and how much is delivery?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order and another email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery is via Royal Mail

Do you deliver overseas?
Currently, we only deliver within the UK, However, we hope to offer this service in the near future.
Can I return an item?
We hope you will be delighted with your order, however we accept returns within 14 days provided the candle has been unlit and is in good condition in the original packaging. In these circumstances, we offer an exchange (excluding postage cost) or a full refund (less the original delivery cost).

How do I get a refund/exchange?
Please email customercare@cocoandcrumble.com quoting your order number and the reason for the return before dispatching your item and we will happily assist you.
How long do I have to return an item?
We offer a 14-day returns policy for unlit items in good condition.
What postage method should I use?
If you choose to return or exchange an item that is not damaged/faulty then the cost of return will be incurred by you. As we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, please obtain proof of postage for items returned.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Once your item has arrived back with us, we will inspect it to ensure it is unlit and in good condition, we will then process your refund, excluding the original delivery cost within 14 days.
What if my item is faulty?
Each order is quality checked and carefully packaged. However we understand accidents may occur in transit. if you do receive an item that is faulty or has been damaged in transit please email us at clientcare@cocoandcrumble.com as soon as possible so that we can put everything right.
